This has been a challenging flu season for many of you.  What strategies can you employ to boost your immune system and make you more impervious to the flu virus?  We are creating several resources for you to find this information.  I taught a class on this topic in our office on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at 6 pm.  Here is a link to that class:
